Applicants must be professional, confident, articulate and flexible with excellent presentational and facilitation skills and have the ability to build rapport with a wide variety of clients, associates and staff at JSB. They must have a comprehensive range of training methodologies and:
- a minimum of 5 years' practical management experience in their specialist field;
- a further 5 years' independent experience as a trainer/consultant;
- have worked with a wide range of industry sectors, including professional services.
