We only work with associates who have worked successfully in the sectors in which we operate, and with large organisations in Europe and beyond.
Applicants must be professional, confident, articulate and flexible with excellent presentational and facilitation skills and have the ability to build rapport with a wide variety of clients, associates and staff at JSB. They must have a comprehensive range of training methodologies and:
- a minimum of 5 years' practical management experience in their specialist field;
- a further 5 years' independent experience as a trainer/consultant;
- have worked with a wide range of industry sectors, including professional services.
