Associate Director - Organisational Change Consultant HR

We are recruiting a senior member of staff to join our company and head up a small team of organisational development, change and talent management consultants with a proven track record in business development and experience in working with professional services organisations and other major employers at board level.

The successful candidate will probably have in-house or external consulting experience and will be able to facilitate, design, manage and deliver change management, strategic management and other relevant programmes and solutions to London based, national and international clients.

We are looking for an innovator, a business developer, a rapid, lateral thinker and a team player with outstanding communication skills. Experience of developing staff within own team would be distinctly advantageous.
