There is considerable cross-fertilisation between different parts of our operation and there are excellent opportunities to influence and to be involved in our business at a strategic level for the right candidate Junior Consultant – Organisational Change HR The successful candidate will have acquired experience in a consulting capacity to join a small team to consist of a senior consultant, a researcher and two associates delivering organisational development, strategic change and talent management to clients. It is likely though not an absolute necessity, that you will have a social science background, possibly in Psychology with proven business acumen and a flair for developing business and managing client relationships. It may be that you have had experience of providing this service to departments within a large blue chip company and are ready to be part of a smaller organisation where you will have sole responsibility for your own projects and client management.
