Our offerings include: Training; Coaching; Consulting; Team-building; and Strategic Facilitation. In addition to our work for ‘In-company’ clients, we offer innovative conferences, seminars and skills and knowledge courses/workshops attended by participants from a wide range of public and private sector organizations. Subjects covered fall into six broad categories:

Consultant – Learning and Development

We are looking for a really effective business developer able to design and deliver bespoke learning and management development solutions to a top class and diverse portfolio of in-company clients.

A persuasive communicator, a patient listener and an ability to develop empathic and long term relationships with clients are essential qualities, as are demonstrable training, design and project management skills. Team working competencies are a given.

Experience of working with professional services and blue chip businesses in management development/consulting role at a senior/board level is highly desirable.
