Biography
Matthew Solon - Director, Learning and Development leads JSB`s consultants and trainers specialising in business development, customer care and retention, and corporate communications training and development. He has more than fifteen years’ experience in delivering training and consultancy in all major aspects of business and professional communication skills and has worked with clients from a wide range of companies, professional firms and public authorities at all levels from Chief Executive to graduate recruits, secretaries and support staff. As well as his work in training and consultancy, Matthew has a career as a writer. In business, his work includes course materials for major corporate events and conferences - as well as a large number of video programmes for use in corporate communications. In the broadcast media, Matthew works as a scriptwriter of documentaries, dramas and features for BBC Radio 4 and the World Service.
