Nicola Lincoln
Biography
Dr Nicola Lincoln is an Occupational Psychologist with over 10 years experience of consulting with large multi-national clients. She has gained a reputation for her honest, straightforward approach to the complex intra- and inter-personal issues that affect organisational performance. Her current work is primarily related to leadership coaching and talent development – seeking to support current, and nurture future, leaders of industry.
Nicola is a Chartered Psychologist, a Member of the British Psychological Society and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She holds a BA in Psychology from Exeter University, an MSc in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Manchester Business School and a PhD from Loughborough University Business School.
