Michele Rosenberg
Biography
Michele is a creative and articulate trainer and coach, who works with both groups and individuals, using her experience and skills acquired as a counsellor to ensure an approach that is both empathic and challenging. As a coach, Michele offers clients support through organisational change and helps them to develop skills in preparation for more senior roles and to achieve a balance between personal and working life. As well as designing and delivering training programmes, Michele has been involved in organisational development interventions such as the introduction and implementation of development centres and a mentoring programme, and the development of a competency framework using critical incident and repertory grid interviews.
Michele holds a BA Honours Degree from The London School of Economics & Political Science, a Diploma in Personnel Management, a Diploma in Professional Counselling and a Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
