Biography
Brendan Beder BA, LLB, LLM is an immigration law practitioner, trainer and coaching specialist. Brendan studied at universities in South Africa and in the UK, where he took a Master of Laws Degree at London University, specialising in Comparative Immigration and Nationality Law. He has also worked as a Judge’s Clerk and as a Lecturer in Commercial Law.
In addition to advising and representing individual and corporate clients on all immigration and nationality matters, Brendan is an experienced trainer and presenter, delivering legal update seminars to HR professionals and others with an interest in UK immigration law and best practice. He is a Member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association and the International Bar Association.
