Frances Scott
Biography
Frances has been a Consultant / Trainer for JSB since 2001. She specialises in management, communication and project management skills courses. Additionally, she is experienced in one-to-one coaching, psychometric testing, development centres, 360-degree feedback, outplacement and career development. She has worked in a wide variety of sectors and with people at all stages of their careers.
Frances started her career in medical research. She became a careers adviser for the University of London. She then managed graduate recruitment and management development programmes for BAE Systems.Frances holds a first class honours degree in Human Biological Sciences. She is qualified to use psychometric tools, including: Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Thomas International (DISC) and Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI).
