Biography
Lysiane Bysh is a JSB Management Development Consultant and Trainer. She has particular expertise in performance management, communication skills, interviewing and appraisals and assessment centre design. Lysiane is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a cooperative member of the Institute of Management Consultants.
