Karen Cooley
Biography
Karen Cooley is a trainer, facilitator and presenter with a particular expertise in leadership and supervisory skills, performance management and developmental skills training. Karen has eight years` supervisory and management experience gained in human resources.
Karen holds a BA Honours Degree from the Open University. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is a visiting lecturer at the University of Westminster.
She is also qualified by the British Psychological Society to administer and interpret psychometric assessments.
