Mark Horner
Biography
Mark Horner has over 15 years` experience in training, consulting and management roles. He delivers training, coaching and consultancy services across all industry sectors including IT, publishing and local government sectors.
Mark has spent much of his career providing management and leadership development, personal effectiveness training and helping organisations to implement change. His credibility and expertise in training and coaching are founded on solid experience in line and senior management roles.
Previous experience includes the establishment and management of European call centres for Hayes and Dell Computers.
