Sue Lloyd-Roberts MBE

Biography

Sue Lloyd-Roberts MBE is an immensely experienced television news reporter and media skills trainer. After eleven years with ITN as a writer and reporter, Sue worked for Channel 4 News and Channel 4 documentaries. She has been with the BBC for fifteen years, where she initially specialised in human rights and environmental affairs. Sue now works for the BBC`s flagship News and Current Affairs programmes, the Six O`Clock and Ten O`Clock News plus Newsnight and Correspondent.

Sue has won many awards, mainly for her investigative reporting, including: The Royal Television Society Award for International News; and the ITN News & Current Affairs Award.

Sue has over twenty years` experience of media skills training for graduates, journalists and senior executives in both public and private sectors. Clients include the London Commodity Exchange, the Medical Research Council, the Food Agency and Ernst and Young.
