Molly McCormick
Biography
Molly McCormick is a JSB coach with more than 20 years experience, specialising in management and organisational development. She is a US national who lives in the UK and works in Europe and the US.
Areas of focus include personal and team development, leadership, change management, relationship management and career development. Molly has worked with JSB since 1993, and prior to that she worked extensively in the human resources field. She created Colgate`s first executive education function.
Molly is qualified to use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (for personal or team development.).Recent projects include: one-to-one coaching with a solicitor to develop personal effectiveness and team leadership abilities; career development coaching for a manager; work with a senior manager on personal and team effectiveness and managing upwards.
