Richard Parker
Biography
Richard Parker is a senior management development consultant and trainer, and has worked with JSB since 1993. He has extensive experience of developing and delivering training materials and programmes in a variety of management skills to over 100 clients in both the public and private sectors.
He has trained many officials in negotiation skills, including those involved in negotiating EU accession for the Foreign Ministries of the Czech Republic, Estonia and Macedonia. With an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford, Richard also has a degree in Theology.
