Helena Twist
Biography
Helena Twist is an experienced trainer and consultant with JSB Training and Development, specialising in management and skills development for professionals. She held senior management positions in two large law firms where she was responsible for learning and professional development and, latterly, research and knowledge management.
Helena has a Masters Degree in Law and is a former Dean of Law at the University of Westminster.
Helena is the author of a book on interviewing skills for lawyers, of many articles on training and development and consumer law topics and the contributor to several books on consumer law. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Outside work she is trustee of a national charity, a school governor and Chairman of the National Consumer Federation.
