Biography
Diane Hodgson - Director, Management Development is a leading management development specialist, trainer, coach and counsellor. She combines team and organisational development ability with her expertise in transforming individual performance to deliver outstanding results for clients. Diane leads JSB`s management development team. She has been a trainer for the past 17 years, designing and running training and consultancy projects in a wide range of organisational, management and personal development areas. Diane works across all industry sectors.
In addition to training and consultancy projects, Diane provides one-to-one coaching, skills development, stress management and counselling to individuals and company employees. Diane also has a private psychotherapy and counselling practice and is currently a counsellor with a national Employee Assistance Programme. She is an external examiner at Farnborough College on the CIPD Diploma in Personnel.
Previously, Diane worked for the Department of Employment in a range of positions, including management, policy, counselling and training. She has also worked at City University on the MBA programme and at Greenwich University on their Diploma in Counselling.
Diane is a full member of the Gestalt Psychotherapy Training Institute, the British Association for Counselling, the Association of Humanistic Psychologists and the International Stress Management Association.
