Biography
Derek Eccleston is a senior member of JSB`s Employment Law Faculty and an experienced, practical consultant, specialising in the provision of advice and training on employment law and employee relations.
Derek has spent over 20 years in senior personnel roles in three different industries - local government, engineering and financial services, giving him an in-depth knowledge of employment law and its impact on the day-to-day running of businesses.
Derek is an experienced presenter, running a wide range of open workshops and In-company training events as well as speaking at conferences and seminars on employment law. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
