Biography
Bridget Holland LLM Chartered MCIPD is a member of JSB’s Employment Law Faculty specialising in employment law and employee relations, with 20 years’ generalist HR experience gained within both the public and private sectors.
Having started her career in HR with Coopers & Lybrand, she went on to gain substantial employee relations, managerial and training experience with the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Her most recent post was as the Head of Education HR, where she was responsible for managing approximately 80 HR and relief premises managers and staff.
Bridget is a skilled negotiator, with substantial experience of managing complex employee relations issues such as TUPE transfers, large-scale re-structures, changing contracts of employment and advising senior managers on matters relating to unfair dismissal and unlawful discrimination.
She was recently awarded a Masters Degree in Business Law with distinction and is a member of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Society of Education Consultants (SEC).
