Biography
Richard O`Dair is a senior JSB trainer/consultant, practising barrister and former Lecturer in Law at Oxford University and Senior Lecturer in Law at University College London. Richard spent a year as a Research Fellow at Stanford University. He is author of Legal Ethics: Text and Materials (Butterworths) and of a number of articles on various aspects of law.
Richard now specialises in employment law. He has considerable experience of Employment Tribunal work and he presents employment law training programmes (public and in-company) to a range of JSB clients, including Ofsted, the Ministry of Defence, Standard Life Healthcare, Canary Wharf Ltd, National Audit Office, Shell, DEFRA and others in both public and private sectors.
