Part I
Attendance on 13 days of modular training over a maximum period of two years.

- Discipline, Grievances and Dismissal
- Employee Relations, Trade Unions and the Law
- Employment Tribunals
- Essential Discrimination Law
- Family-friendly Rights and the Law
- Making and Varying Employment Contracts
- Transfer of Undertakings
- Revision Day
If you have attended any of the modules prior to registration on the Advanced Certificate you may be eligible for certain exemptions.
Part II
3,000 word written assignment.
Part III
The CIPD National Employment Law Examination. For those students who do not wish to take the examination or submit an assignment, a special 'Certificate of Attendance' will be provided.
