JSB designed and developed the Advanced Certificate in Employment Law specifically for the personnel profession. It has proved to be immensely popular with HR professionals and others who wish to be recognised within their organisation as providers of primary advice and guidance on employment law. JSB's ACEL is fully accredited by the CIPD. Students who successfully complete the ACEL are granted exemption from the employment law elective on the CIPD Professional Development Scheme. In practice, many ACEL students are already full CIPD members, who wish to take their employment law knowledge and expertise to a higher level.
