Our approach
Working closely with our client we conducted a detailed analysis of those aspects of the firm’s approach to project management could be improved. Using that analysis we designed a customised programme which mapped out the journey from winning new instructions from a client to the payment of the final bill. At each stage we provided project management tools and techniques designed to maximise value – both for the firm and the client. Working with teams of lawyers and with senior partners we delivered interactive and participative workshops focusing on those highly practical new approaches.
