We focus on integrating and distilling best thinking and practice as it befits organisational need – rather than limit leadership development options to exclusive models and approaches.
We believe that leadership is contextual and individual and that development must reflect this. A one size fits all approach is not going to work.
In helping organisations to identify and scope the priorities that align with their culture, strategies and objectives, our framework for leadership and development is an important access point.
Click on the diagram for insights into our leadership development framework. Explore the expandable sections below to learn more about our learning options, courses and seminars.
We build learning pathways and journeys using the most appropriate and cost effective range of development methods - based on our clients’ specific challenges and requirements.

JSB is approved to build and deliver ILM qualifications covering a wide selection of units (both core and specialist skills). These units can be combined to form custom-built programmes in response to individual and organisational needs.
Benefits of ILM qualifications
-
Recognition and quality. As an ILM-approved training provider, JSB is recognised for providing clients the very best in qualification quality and professional recognition. Every unit is designed, assessed and quality assured to the highest national standards.
-
Flexibility. Each ILM management qualification is made up of individual units, some of which are mandatory (covering critical aspects of the role) and some are optional. This flexibility to choose units enables organisations and individuals to focus on the areas of management most relevant to their specific role or industry needs.
-
Tailored learner support. Every student taking an ILM qualification receives tailored learner support in the form of trial membership of ILM. This free service offers a wealth of qualification support, such as reading lists, study guides and management news bulletins.
