In CompanyWorkshopsSeminarsConferencesQualifications In company training is a learning intervention designed around your needs, held at a time and place to suit you. It's usually cost effective if you have four or more colleagues who have identified the same learning needs. These are open, tutor-led training courses with no more than 15 attendees. Focussing on developing new skills, workshops are best for individuals or 2 – 3 colleagues who have identified similar learning needs. All workshops include opportunities to practise and receive feedback. Seminars are open forums, facilitated by trainers, for professionals at a similar level to discuss issues around a theme.
