This seminar will help you build the skills and understanding to design and commission highly effective learning and development that meets the needs of the individuals and teams in your organisation.

The interactive one-day programme will help you evaluate the plethora of learning options available, their relative merits and how they can be blended to deliver effective development for all learning styles.
