Understanding and implementing diversity in the workplace goes beyond legal compliance and employment best practice. It is an effective means of engaging and motivating staff, and establishing and developing customer and client relationships. In today`s business climate, an effective and well-integrated diversity strategy will set you apart from your competition - both in the war for talent and with your new and established client base.
JSB`s innovative, business-focused diversity training provides guidance on how to design and integrate an effective diversity strategy for your organisation and how to ensure it is streamlined and embedded at all levels. You will learn how to: conduct a diversity analysis of your business; get buy-in from your senior team; communicate the diversity strategy for maximum impact and engagement; proof your policies, practices and procedures effectively; utilise the diversity strategy in your recruitment process; and measure its impact.
To help participants embed what they have learned during the seminar, they can book a follow-up coaching session. This session will take place by telephone or online at a mutually convenient time. It is a highly cost-effective way to address obstacles encountered post-training and investigate approaches specific to your organisation.
