Overview

Getting the right people in the right place through strategic recruitment has always been important. Today it is more vital than ever before.

In the commercial sector, businesses need to be more responsive than ever to changing market conditions if they are to gain an advantage over competitors. Organisations across the public sector are charged with delivering demanding efficiencies without impacting on frontline services, a taks that needs talented people in the right roles.

Learning how to develop an effective recruitment strategy is therefore of great importance for all organisations.

A truly strategic approach to recruitment should focus on aligning resourcing strategy with long term organisational objectives, connecting recruitment with organisational values and optimising your approach to maintain flexibility in your workforce.

This one-day Developing your Recruitment Strategy seminar offers the opportunity to access meaningful initiatives and strategies to cement your talent acquisition process and stay ahead of your competition.
