The trend to adopt flexible working practices is accelerating.

Driven by restrictions on wage increases, the need to find effective engagement tools and the demands of efficiently deploying stretched resources, it is set to gather pace in 2012.

The Government is considering legislation to increase employee's ability to work flexibly and for many this might signal additional complexity, costs and bureaucracy.
