Many organisations claim to have core values at the heart of their business but find it difficult to demonstrate that the behaviours and attitudes of its people align with explicit organisational values. Often the root cause of this misalignment is that once an organisation has articulated its values, there is confusion about what to do next - how to embed them and make them a reality.
