HR managers have a vital role to play in helping organisations achieve the people management objectives that underpin overall business strategy . Yet, given the variety of day-to-day responsibilities such as managing change projects, recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, performance management, the HR Manager position is both stimulating and demanding.
'Stepping up to HR Management' will equip new and aspiring HR managers with the knowledge, skills and behaviours that are crucial for juggling multiple challenges and conflicts. Participants will receive expert tuition from the seminar leader who has extensive experience as an HR practitioner and will benefit from being able to share their experiences with colleagues in similar positions from other organisations.
Plus ...
In order to ensure that participants are able to embed the learning gained from the programme in their day-to-day activities there will be an optional follow-up workshop taking place four weeks after the main seminar.
This workshop is only available to those who attended the ‘Stepping up to HR Management’ seminar and will be a great opportunity to share experiences of how the skills gained at that event have been put into practice. The day will feature group coaching sessions whereby obstacles can be addressed and new approaches investigated.
