Issue

This global financial services growth company wanted to enhance its internal management development programme in order to improve employee engagement levels and drive performance.

Our approach

A JSB trainer worked seamlessly with a partner within the Bank (who had led two initial training sessions) to deliver the final module of a management development programme. The training built developmentally from one session to the next throughout the two days – with clear, accessible and practical powerful learning that was experiential in nature.

The outcome

Participants were able to consolidate their learning through peer and trainer feedback and took the opportunity to plan specific individual actions at the end of the two days, thereby enhancing their commitment to practice and maintaining the momentum of their continuing learning.
