One-to-one Coaching In-company

For many clients, individual coaching provides an effective way of helping individuals develop skills, insight and self-awareness, or to integrate training or development from other activities.

Our coaches work in flexible, one-to-one sessions - usually face to face. Depending on the need, the process can include telephone or email contact, group coaching, assessment centres and other development activities. Whether we are working with a client in an executive, managerial, professional or support role, our coaching interventions offer individual focus and depth of understanding. The outcome is long-term change and transformed performance. Working flexibly - and on a discreet, confidential basis - our coaches provide one or a mix of the following styles of coaching interventions:

  • Transformational coaching
    The focus: helping individuals to achieve a shift in thinking, attitude and feelings towards themselves
  • Skills-based coaching
    The focus: helping individuals to develop new skills and knowledge to meet a personal or organisational challenge
