For most employers, their understanding and application of current and new employment legislation, case law and latest practice is business critical. JSB's Employment Law Faculty helps HR and personnel professionals to anticipate new developments and ensure that policies and procedures are up-to-date. We provide training, development and consulting support in helping HR acquire the knowledge they need to be proactive in advising line colleagues effectively. As line managers take a more direct role in staff management issues and applying employment law effectively, they need to make decisions confident that their knowledge of law - the do's and don'ts - is up-to-date and reliable.
