Ilana Abramowicz is an organisational psychologist at Credos - a division of JSB Training and Development. She has over 7 years of managing and facilitating groups and teams in the financial, professional services and media/advertising sectors. A dynamic facilitator, coach and trainer Ilana works predominantly with middle to senior managers, supporting clients with management and leadership development and managing culture change. She is accredited in the use of a variety of psychometric testing tools.

Robbie Cowan, Managing Director, Credos - began his career as a clinical psychologist, before joining an organisational consultancy where he worked for 6 years. Since founding Credos in 1994, he has worked with a range of blue-chip companies and professional firms in the areas of both transitional and transformational change. His expertise includes: board-level facilitation, strategic planning, organisational development and internal communications. Robbie`s style is interactive, practical and engaging.

Angela Qureshi - is an HR strategist and an experienced management consultant, trainer and coach, having extensive experience at two blue chip consulting firms, Ernst & Young and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and as Head of HR at a large University in addition to her work at JSB. Angela holds an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck College, University of London and a BSc Honours degree in Management Sciences from Warwick University. Angela is a Level A and Level B British Psychological Society qualified Occupational Tester, and is licensed in the OPQ and MBTI instruments.
