Training workshops and seminars

Face-to-face courses often form the core of the learning we deliver, providing high-impact interventions that accelerate knowledge transfer, catalyse skills development and anchor learning delivered through other elements of a blended programme.

As standalone courses or modules within a larger programme, whatever the topic we believe an interactive, participative and experiential approach optimises learning and drives sustained performance improvement.

To maximise efficiency we can work on a joint delivery basis, designing learning, piloting programmes and running train the trainer sessions before handing over delivery to internal L&D resources.

We also have a portfolio of open enrolment courses and webinars focusing on employment law, business culture and international HR strategy. Any of these can be efficiently adapted for delivery on an in-house basis.

Bite-size sessions

These are ideal where time and/or budget considerations do not allow for full length workshops or seminars. Bite-size sessions offer an efficient and powerful option and can range from an hour up to half a day in duration.

Typically focussing in on discrete topics, we can create a range of sessions to provide you with a portfolio of concise, powerful modules to roll out to your business.

Coaching

Our executive coaches work at all levels: from middle managers, professionals and high potential executives to CEOs and senior partners.

As standalone development or integrated into blended programmes, we help clients develop the skills, insight and self-awareness they need to build and sustain their success, and that of their organisation.

Technology enhanced learning

We believe in building appropriate technology-based elements into programmes to maximise efficiency, support all learning styles and reinforce development.

Our consultants and instructional designers are skilled in blending different learning technologies with face-to-face workshops, team building and coaching.

Facilitation

Facilitation is a powerful approach we employ where clients require support to catalyse strategy sessions, steer challenging meetings or drive change processes.
