'Employment Law USA' is a hit with UK HR Professionals

JSB is teaming up once again with Littler Mendelson, America's largest Employment and Labor Law firm, to present their highly successful seminar designed specially for UK personnel professionals. “Employment Law USA” is facilitated by two leading American lawyers and is supported by a practical case study on how to understand and comply with the complicated web of US employment related laws and requirements.
The seminar offers participants the chance to gain a clear understanding of key legal issues, as they impact on staff employment and to take away a working knowledge of US employment law and its practical application to real life scenarios. Littler lawyers, Adam Forman and Michael Mankes, lead “Employment Law USA” in a highly entertaining and instructive fashion. Following the seminar’s success in London and Edinburgh earlier this year, an updated version incorporating all the latest legal developments will be presented in Central London, on 18-19 February 2008.
