Judicial appointment application forms – how we can help:
We will work through your application with you, providing valuable feedback on your initial draft and paying particular attention to how you can ensure that you meet the five Qualities and Abilities of the self-assessment section.

We will focus on helping you demonstrate evidence that best reflects your experience and skills, thereby creating an application form that will serve to enhance your interview performance. We can also assist you with the style and editing of your application and provide you with further feedback on any redrafts you produce prior to the final submission date.

At this stage of the process we can also advise you on your preparation and techniques for the qualifying test.

Judicial appointment interview training:
We will discuss in depth what you can expect from the interview and advise on how you can ensure that you are fully prepared. Your submitted application form will be reviewed with you and we will work through any issues or concerns that you may have about the interview process.

You will practise responding to the types of questions that you can expect to face and benefit from expert feedback on your responses. The objective is to get you into the right mindset to maximise your chance of success at interview.

We can also advise at this stage on what you can expect from - and how you can prepare yourself for - the role-play or presentation elements of the relevant Judicial selection exercises.
