Denise Broussal, Baker & McKenzie, France

Denise Broussal is the co-managing partner of Baker & McKenzie SCP in Paris and is one of the Partners in its Employment group made up of 16 practitioners. Denise is active in all areas of French employment law and in particular issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, outsourcing and individual and collective dismissals.

Edzard Clifton-Dey, Eversheds, Germany

Edzard is a dually qualified (Anglo-German) employment lawyer in Eversheds' Human Resources Practice Group. Edzard has specialised in employment and labour law for over ten years. Edzard has particular expertise in cross-border projects involving the co-ordination of advice on various employment law issues across multiple jurisdictions. He has recently co-ordinated the European HR restructuring and contract harmonisation process for a major US client across several European jurisdictions.

Brechje Nollen, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, the Netherlands

Brechje Nollen heads the employment pensions and benefits practice of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Amsterdam. She specialises in both contentious and non-contentious employment law but also advises on a range of employee benefits, share schemes and pensions issues. She has particular experience in employment and related aspects of acquisitions and takeovers, restructurings, executive remuneration and related contractual arrangements, severance packages for senior executives and employee consultation issues.

Aldo Calza, DLA Piper, Italy

Aldo is Partner and Location Head of the Employment, Pensions & Benefits Group in Italy. Over the past 16 years, Aldo has advised industrial, commercial and financial entities on a broad range of legal matters related to human resources management, including corporate restructuring, mergers, pensions, stock option plans, industrial relations, equal pay and employment disputes.

Daniel Cifuentes, Bird & Bird, Spain

Daniel is based at Bird & Bird's Madrid office and provides advice to large multinational companies in all areas of labour and social security law, including advice in the execution and termination of agreements with senior executive managers, as well on contractual and remuneration issues (including the implementation of stock options plans) and on labour issues arising in all types of commercial transactions, analysing the different questions relating to the subrogation of companies. Daniel also provides advice in negotiation, drafting, interpretation and application of collective bargaining agreements and has broad experience in collective dismissals and industrial conflicts as well as in litigation before the labour courts in all kinds of proceedings.

Stefan Corbanie, Eversheds, Belgium

Stefan is responsible for leading and developing Eversheds' employment practice in Belgium. He has considerable experience working with foreign companies in Belgium involving cross-border operations and complex employment issues. His work focuses on collective bargaining and handling collective dismissals and company closures.
