Denise Broussal, Partner Baker & McKenzie - France

Denise Broussal is a Partner at Baker & McKenzie SCP in Paris in its Employment group made up of 16 practitioners. She works closely with the 150 employment law specialists throughout Baker & McKenzie’s European offices. Denise is active in all areas of French employment law and in particular issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, outsourcing and individual and collective dismissals. She is Franco-American.

Sylvie Cousin, Employment Lawyer, Eversheds - Belgium

Sylvie joined Eversheds in August 2006 and has specialised in Employment Law inside the HRPG group of Eversheds in Brussels. Her practice covers employment law matters and some aspects of human resources management. She is mainly experienced in collective employment law, advice on employment matters and in coordinating HR pan-European projects.

Daniel is based at Bird & Bird's Madrid office and provides advice to large multinational companies in all areas of labour and social security law, including advice in the execution and termination of agreements with senior executive managers, as well on contractual and remuneration issues (including the implementation of stock options plans) and on labour issues arising in all types of commercial transactions, analysing the different questions relating to the subrogation of companies.

Maria Eugenia de la Cera, Employment Lawyer, Bird & Bird - Spain

Maria Eugenia joined Bird & Bird’s Employment Group in July 2007 and is based in the Madrid office. Prior to joining Bird & Bird she worked in Uría Menéndez where she gained experience in employment and competition issues, as well as in litigation. Maria Eugenia holds a joint degree in Law and Political Science from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where she collaborated with the Employment and Social Security Department during her last year as a student.

Sergio Barozzi, Partner, Eversheds - Italy

Sergio is an expert in employment law, in contentious and non contentious fields. He advises multinational companies and has gained a broad experience in cross border operations. He is usually involved in non contentious assistance and in particular in projects concerning reorganisations, trade union negotiations, corporate regulations.
