Practical Influencing Skills and Strategies in brief:
Everyone needs to be able to influence others! A successful professional or leader is invariably able to influence decision-making inside and outside the workplace and as a life skill, you can use it wherever you go and whoever you engage with. This practical, interactive training course enables participants to improve their impact and build, maintain and control rapport and influence to achieve their desired objectives - quickly and effectively.

Reducing conflict and reaching compromiseParticipants will work through various contentious scenarios with a partner who has an opposing point of view, with the aim of finding a compromise and reaching an agreement to suit both sides. |

Using proven models of persuasionParticipants will develop a script for SPIN - a useful formula for effective persuasion - using a current real life situation.They will practise it and be able to identify their stakeholder's map of the world and choose ways to speak their stakeholder's language.
