Linda Sheldon is a JSB Consultant/Trainer specialising in the design and delivery of management and personal development programmes and has extensive experience in communication and interpersonal skills training.Linda has ten years experience as a management development consultant and trainer within the call centre, retail, financial, manufacturing, IT and telecommunication sectors. She is qualified by the British Psychological Society to administer and interpret both aptitude and personality tests.Linda gained her experience in training and development while working as a training manager and external training consultant for several large blue-chip companies. She has been responsible for the project management, design and delivery of major training programmes from green field sites through to acquisition and merger.
