Employment Tribunals

John Sprack BA LLB Cert.Ed Dip FE Barrister is a member of the JSB Employment Law Faculty.

John spent seven years in teaching before moving into training at both NATFHE and the NUT. He subsequently went on to practice as a barrister, specialising in criminal and employment law. From 1989 to 2000 he taught employment law, advocacy, remedies, negotiation, drafting and case preparation at the Inns of Court Law School (ICSL).

As well as his training activities, John edits and writes for various publications, including Blackstone’s Criminal Practice (author of the Criminal Procedure sections), A Practical Approach to Criminal Procedure (author), Employment Law in Practice (author of the chapter on Remedies for Unfair Dismissal and Redundancy) and Test Yourself in Evidence, Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure and Sentencing (joint author). His latest publication Tottel`s Guide to the Age Discrimination Regulations was published in June 2006. John also works as a personal tutor on JSB’s Advanced Certificate in Employment Law (ACEL).
