Joanna Matthews

Joanna Matthews is a Scottish qualified practising solicitor, specialising in employment law. Joanna has particular experience of working with clients in the health and educational sectors, as well as many medium-sized commercial clients. Since working in the United Arab Emirates ("UAE") Joanna has acted in a wide range of employment and immigration matters in the UAE and wider Middle East region. Joanna advises human resources personnel and in-house counsel on all matters ranging from the drafting of employment documents, general employment law problems, contractual queries, termination of employment and claims raised by former employees. Joanna currently lives and practises law in Dubai.
