Andrea Ward, Kennedys

Andrea Ward is a practising employment law solicitor at Kennedys. Andrea is particularly experienced in employment tribunal litigation covering all areas of employment law and regularly advises employers on a wide range of employee management issues including disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancies, attendance, long-term sickness and poor performance. Andrea also has experience in drafting and advising on various handbooks, policies and procedures and amongst others, her clients include HR and In-house legal departments as well as professional firms, private hospitals, NHS Trusts and individuals. David Wright, Kennedys

David Wright is a practising solicitor at Kennedys and has particular experience in advising and representing defendants and witnesses during police/HSE investigations and prosecutions, all aspects of health and safety law and representing clients in relation to commercial disputes. David's clients include railway companies, food manufacturers and NHS Trusts. He is also a member of the London Criminal Courts Solicitors Association and Health and Safety Lawyers Association.
