Edzard is a dually qualified (Anglo-German) employment lawyer in Eversheds' Human Resources Practice Group. Edzard has specialised in employment and labour law for over ten years. Edzard has particular expertise in cross-border projects involving the co-ordination of advice on various employment law issues across multiple jurisdictions. He has recently co-ordinated the European HR restructuring and contract harmonisation process for a major US client across several European jurisdictions.
Frank Achilles, Eversheds
Frank Achilles is an employment Partner in Eversheds' German office in Munich. He advises on all questions regarding individual and collective labour law including any employment litigation. His specialty is planning and advising on workforce restructuring projects as well as advising on the employment aspects of company mergers and acquisitions. He regularly works with UK and US clients.
