Ingrid van Berkel, Attorney at Law, Eversheds Faasen
Ingrid has been an attorney at law since 1992. She advises Dutch and foreign clients on various aspects of Labour law and employee representation. Ingrid has a wide range of employment law expertise with emphasis on (international) assignments of employees, secondment, reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, collective and individual dismissals, employee representation, (international) transfers of undertakings and flexible employment relations. Ingrid has a extensive experience in working in (international) multidisciplinary teams and in industry related issues. Her clients are active in many different sectors such as services (security and manpower supply), semi public sector, ICT, entertainment and other industries. Ingrid publishes regularly on employment law and speaks at seminars and congresses on related topics.
Marc Vogel, Partner, Eversheds Faasen
Marc is a Partner in the Labour Law section at Eversheds Faasen and is based in Amsterdam. Marc advises Dutch and foreign clients. He specialises in corporate employment law i.e on issues involving works councils and unions, and management employment matters among which employment and management contracts. Marc is an appointed author of an employment law chapter in a leading HR magazine. He is also chief editor of an HR magazine focused on employment conditions in the Netherlands. He regularly contributes as a writer on articles concerning employment law. Marc is a regular speaker and trainer on post graduate employment law courses organised by the University of Amsterdam. He is a member of local, national and international employment law associations such as the EELA and the IBA Employment Law Group.
