Diane Hodgson is Director of Management Development at JSB. Having been a trainer for 20 years, designing and running training and consultancy projects in a wide range of organisational, management and development areas, Diane has extensive experience helping organisations with their diversity programs and strategies. Diane has worked with the Commission for Racial Equality and with the Manpower Services Commission in developing and integrating Equal Opportunity in learning and development.
