Shalini Agarwal, Partner, ALMT Legal

Shalini Agarwal is a founding partner of ALMT Legal. She is a corporate commercial lawyer and advises on cross-border transactions relating to India, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, distribution/agency agreements and contractual arrangements. Her practice areas include advising clients on IT/IP, software and outsourcing contracts. She is a frequent speaker at international seminars and conferences on doing business in India.

Satyendra Shrivastava interned with and then joined the London office of ALMT Legal. His areas of practice span cross-border investments, capital markets and corporate commercial law. He also contributes to various legal publications on matters relating to Indian law and jurisdiction.

Anjuna has had a successful 24 year career in International Human Resources and Finance, principally internationally at a senior level within the Life Sciences Industry. She has held positions such as President for Ken Clark International responsible for India , and life sciences in the UK and Regional Director-Africa for a non profit medical charity where she created a structure in 16 countries for the charity to deliver their surgeries. She has an in-depth understanding of working in a highly matrixed organisation where the parent organisation has been US, European and Indian.
