Angela Qureshi

Angela Qureshi is an Associate Director of JSB Group. She is an HR strategist and an experienced management consultant, trainer and coach, having extensive experience at two blue chip consulting firms, Ernst & Young and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and as Head of HR at a large University in addition to her work at JSB. Angela holds an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck College, University of London and a BSc Honours degree in Management Sciences from Warwick University. Angela is a Level A and Level B British Psychological Society qualified Occupational Tester, and is licensed in the OPQ and MBTI instruments. In addition to her individual client work, Angela is also responsible for JSB’s HR strategy portfolio of public courses for HR Directors.

Diane Hodgson

Diane Hodgson BA, MSc. Dip. Metanoia, Dip. Couns. MISMA, UKCP Registered Psychotherapist is Director of Management Development at JSB. She has been a trainer for the past 17 years, designing and running training and consultancy projects in a wide range of organisational, management and personal development areas. In addition to training and consultancy projects, Diane provides one-to-one coaching, skills development, stress management and counselling to individuals and company employees. Diane also has a private psychotherapy and counselling practice and is currently a counsellor with a National Employee Assistance Programme. She is an external examiner at Farnborough College on the CIPD Diploma in Personnel Management. She has also worked at City University on the MBA programme and at Greenwich University on their Diploma in Counselling. Diane is a full member of the Gestalt Psychology Training Institute, the Association of Humanistic Psychologists and the International Stress Management Association.

Mark Doughty

Mark T Doughty has been immersed in Human Resources (HR) and Organisation Development (OD) since 1981 with extensive in-business experience gained within large, complex, global businesses. Mark is both strategically and operationally adept having worked within B2B, B2C, blue-chip, pan European/Middle East/high growth multinational matrix structured environments. Experience gained from within a credible blue chip background, initially working for the UK's number one retailer J. Sainsbury’s for ten years before moving into Management Consultancy with Hay Management Consultants, then progressing his career with Generale Des Eaux, Legal & General, Hitachi, UUNET and Motorola. Mark holds Level A & B certification of competence in Occupational Testing and is also qualified to use SHL OPQ, Apter Motivational Styles Profile, Apter Leadership Profile, and Lominger ‘Choices’. Mark is a member of the British Psychological Society. His work experience is coupled with a M.Ed. and an M.A. and Green belt certification in 6 Sigma. Mark is regularly invited to speak at conferences around the world and has had numerous articles published in professional magazines and the World Wide Web.
